With over 19 years of experience we are able to provide a high level of IT servicing and repairs, from simple checkups to diagnostics and replacement and upgrading of parts we have got it covered.

As a basic rule we maintain that a computer should have a check up every 6 months, for this we have put together a very simple but tried and tested package, which includes:

• Full cleaning of the internal of the computer, where dust acclimates causing possible overheating and the ceasing of fans etc, even computers like to keep cool.
• Updating of software and hardware patches that maybe available, to keep your software from possible crashing and security holes.
• Removal of any virus or spy ware that maybe on your system.
• Removal of temporary files that are not needed from installing software, looking at websites etc. 
• Removal of any unwanted software you may have lurking on your system but don't know how to get rid of.
• Plus other routine tweaks to ensure your machine is running to is best performance.

Added options to this package are a full system restore back to the manufactures settings when you took it out of the box, to do this we do ask for your original disks that came with your machine for licensing reasons, after the machine has been reset all your software you require and obtain will be reinstalled with any additional update patches as required.  You will also receive a backup CD or DVD with your documents and files that were on your computer before the system reset.
