We understand that everyone has questions regarding computers and that is why we pride ourselves on our level of support, where unlike most companies are talk in plain English and where possible we like to relate it to something you are fluent in whether it be baking a cake, repairing a car or even working in a bar.  Yes you can explain how a computers works in relation to pouring and servicing drinks!

So if you have a 'How do I?' question or something isn't working the way you think it should contact us and we will try our best to help you out.

As part of our support we are also able to provide basic training packages, from how to turn on a computer for the beginner, to how to use office software packages and more.
